It seems like people in Maui lost everything are being pushed out & developers move in and buy up this land

Why the geoengineering, the "climate" engineering seems mostly responsible for this?  Because it's probably true.  

2 years after the DEW fire only 8 homes (out of 2,200+ destroyed structures) have actually been rebuilt.   Only homes furthest from the ocean are allowed reconstruction permits.  Why the discrepancy?

Not a single permit, though, has been granted to anyone with a coastal home that was in the fire zone.

Debris has been cleared from over 1,500 properties & ready to go.  Builders call that a scrape and build (a 4 to 6 week build permit process).   

Who owns Maui now?  Rumors were swirling that Black Rock & other deep pocketed developers were swooping in to buy the land from desperate families.  Black Rockck uses all sorts of subsidiaries to avoid tracing trasactions to Black Rock.  Truth is a bit murkier & troubling than all of that.

Acording to a 2024 report, from the Civil Beat, land sales around Lahina jumped significantly in just the first four  months of 2024.  One developer alone paid $20,000,000 for a 20 acre parcel near Lahina.  

Multi-million dollar oceanfront deals going through while residents still can't even get permits to rebuild THEIR homes!

Was this all just a coincidence or was this a disaster leveraged for mass development?

Redacted looked into the $20 million purchase above.  You can see this is an 8K file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Kopaly Land LLC entered into the purchase for the $20,000.000 (Here's the smoking gun)  

Maui County officials and the mayor's office discriminately offfer permit exemptions for quick rebuild of INLAND homes only.  Oceanfront homes - citing "environmental concerns" - are excluded.

This is a skow motion land seizure - bury you in red tape to wear you down until you finally give up & sell - usually at a massive discount to property developers who swoop in, reszone it, (getting the permits denied to Maui residents) & flip the property. 

Did the government destroy or manipulate this valuable land on purpose?  Having had directed energy weapons, climate manipulation weapons & geoengineering weapons since at least World War II - that we know of.  After the fire, people noticed & documented tell tale evidence of DEW damage.  

 Since the 1940s these same weapons were used to target specific areas in Lahaina to clear land for future development.

In some ways, the US dollar is already a CBDC. It is completely locked down with surveillance. Yes, they can make it worse by making it programmable.

The threat of CBDCs is just as real as ever.

So,what can we do to prevent a CBDC or Trojan Horse CBDC?

First, we need to be aware of “backdoor CBDCs” and not fall for the headlines.

Second, we need to use the power of the free market to protect our financial freedom. I personally do not like fiat currency. Instead, I like hard assets, and private cryptocurrency like Monero.
