Silvia Zarate, Pro Se, filed a 42 USC Section 1983 lawsuit against DCYF for violation of her 4th Amendment, Right of Unreasonable Search and Seizures and violation of her 5th and 14thAmendments, Right of Due Process on September 18, 2023. The Office of Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, representing the Plaintiffs, has filed an answer denying any liability and has filed a Motion for Summary Judgement. DCYF refuses to take responsibility for their negligence, even though the appeals court found in my favor in June 2022!
I have stood up to this abuse of power, and I demand that my rights be respected, and that DCYF be forced to pay for the pain and suffering that they have caused me and my family. I need financial assistance or legal representation to go against the state and effectively prosecute my claim.
Let us all come together and stand up against the state through a Class Action Lawsuit. I know that I am only one of many that have been wronged by DCYF! Demand that our legislators to take ACTION!
