Every week, the team at Solari selects a Hero—someone whose contributions we believe are worth highlighting and celebrating. These are leaders, entrepreneurs, scientists, filmmakers, citizens taking action, and change-makers making real contributions to freedom and sovereignty.
These are leaders, entrepreneurs, scientists, filmmakers, citizens taking action, and change-makers making real contributions to freedom and sovereignty.
One such Hero is Rep. Anna Paulina Luna.
The pesticide industry tried to slip a liability shield into the 2026 farm bill.
A single amendment stopped it. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, in her second term representing Florida's 13th Congressional District, introduced an amendment to delete pro-pesticide provisions that would have given the EPA sole regulatory authority over pesticide labeling, preempting protective state and local action. The House voted 280-142 in favor of the amendment. This matters because the chemical industry has been building a wall: corporate immunity from lawsuits while the evidence accumulates. Pesticides are linked to a 30% increase in childhood cancer. Over 170 studies corroborate it, yet manufacturers have fought disclosure requirements relentlessly.
Luna was explicit: "I do not support giving blanket immunity to corporations at the expense of American families." She vowed on social media to "slaughter the farm bill" if the House didn't remove the provisions.
Now the U.S. Supreme Court is deciding whether to reverse Monsanto v. Durnell—a 2023 case where an injured party successfully argued that chemical manufacturers have a duty to disclose potential harm, even when the EPA does not require it. One representative, one amendment, a 280-142 vote: sometimes that's all it takes.

With the brazen "In your face!" corruption of the lowest order, scandals of ALL kinds coming from the highest offices in this formerly great nation, there is an invisible dark veil over many of its citizens. A lot of us have lost trust in those we put in office who've violated our trust at every turn for the sake of personal gain while our tax dollars are pissed away by those who haven't contributed a penny yet they meet in private to discuss how much MORE they can rob from us while they live in ivory towers & many are struggling to hold onto the most meager standard of living with escalating living expenses staring us in the face while our great leader's words (that MANY trusted & helped get elected) that he doesn't care about our suffering echo in the dead of night).
There are still reasons to be grateful & not allow the negative to consume us. That's why I decided to follow Catherine Austin Fitts' example & post such articles from her as well as some of our own.
The amendment Anna Paulina Luna was able to push through was a WIN for us & cause to rejoice. Everyone has their favorite representative. At times they can be more powerful in our lives than a runaway out of control wastrel president who tried to force MORE poisons with an EO.
For THAT, we ARE grateful & will enjoy our WIN! KVV
